“May is Archaeology Month in Georgia! Explore how archaeology reveals the ways people lived on the frontier during the War of 1812—including tours of the Fort Daniel Museum and Archaeology Lab and active archaeological digs within the Fort.

This event is free to the public, and you can park anywhere in the wooded area in front of the house or on the side of the driveway.”
