3)
Duolingo (Free App)
Duolingo makes language learning feel like a game, and that is a good thing! Short daily lessons cover listening, speaking, reading, and writing so you can make real progress in just a few minutes a day.
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
Step 2: Pick your language and take a quick placement test if you have some prior knowledge
Step 3: Complete your first lesson today. Seriously, it only takes five minutes!
Step 4: Speak words and sentences out loud as you go, and consider pairing the app with podcasts or real conversations to level up even faster
You do not have to be naturally gifted at languages to make real progress. You just have to start. Summer is the perfect time to try something new!
