Here’s a simple guide on how to play the card game Crazy 8s:

⁍Gather a standard deck of playing cards.

⁍Decide on the number of players. Crazy 8s can be played with 2 to 7 players, but it’s best with 2 to 4 players.

⁍Deal 5 cards to each player if there are 2 to 4 players. If there are more than 4 players, deal 7 cards to each player.

⁍Place the remaining cards face-down in a pile. This is the draw pile.

⁍Flip the top card from the draw pile and place it face-up next to the draw pile. This card starts the discard pile.

⁍The player to the left of the dealer goes first. The game proceeds in a clockwise direction.

⁍On your turn, you must play a card that matches the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile. For example, if the top card is a 7 of hearts, you can play any 7 or any heart card from your hand.

⁍If you cannot play a matching card, you can play an 8. 8s are wild cards, which means you can play them regardless of the rank or suit.

⁍When you play an 8, you get to choose the suit that the next player must follow.

⁍If you can’t play a matching card or an 8, you must draw a card from the draw pile. Keep drawing until you find a playable card or until the draw pile is empty.

If the draw pile is empty and you still can’t play a card, your turn is skipped, and the next player goes.

⁍The game continues with players taking turns, playing cards that match the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile or playing 8s.

⁍The first player to get rid of all their cards is the winner!

Remember, the key cards in Crazy 8s are the 8s, which are wild and can be played at any time. Have fun playing Crazy 8s with your friends or family!
