May Day Full Moon Hike at Fort Yargo State Park (Winder)- Must Register

Join us for a galactic guided night hike perfect for those who love to do some stargazing. We’ll take the yellow trail out to the rocky point near the fishing area. Once there, we’ll take advantage of the darkness of the new moon to observe and reflect on all the cosmos has to offer that night. Great for a first-time stargazer.

Pets welcome. Closed toe shoes, water bottles and flashlights are recommended. Register in advance. Meet at the Visitor Center.
