The new O’Kelly Memorial Library at 210 Main St. Loganville officially opens Saturday, Sept. 19. It will celebrate the grand opening beginning at 10 a.m. with a ribbon cutting, guest speakers, light refreshments, giveaways and other activities. A Ken Scott Magic Show will follow at noon. The new library replaces the longtime O’Kelly Memorial Library on Conyers Road and moves the facility into the heart of downtown Loganville
