Stargazer’s Night Hike at Fort Yargo (Winder)
January 18 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Come join our stargazing walk on the night of the year’s first new moon! We’ll hike from the Visitor Center, across the bridge over water, and out to the rocky point at the fishing hole to observe the cold sky with no moon at all. This pet-friendly program typically lasts about one hour. Consider bringing a walking stick and torch light.
