Make Ice Cream in a Bag (Ages 6-15)

Do you like ice cream? Learn how it is made and the chemical reactions that make it possible. Then make your own tasty treat!
Join us to demonstrate how salt changes the melting point of ice, and how it can be used to create freezing temperatures. Those freezing temperatures will then create ice cream in a bag.”
