Try Tie Dying – Ages 12-15
July 7 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Tie dyeing fabric is a sensory experience which can benefit kids to explore the creativity of color, patterns (including the shapes of dinosaurs) and coordination skills. Please bring your own white or light colored clothing item to dye.
Learn about the science and history of dyeing fabric. Learn about chemical reactions and the properties of different fibers, all while creating one-of-a-kind fashion at this hands-on activity.
