Community | Let’s Talk About Grief

Join us for an informal conversation about grieving, how to cope with loss, and what resources are available when you need to emotionally process loss. We’ll also discuss why it’s important to normalize talking about loss and transition and how to start those conversations.
Join us for an informal discussion about grieving, loss, and support. We will chat about different types of loss, how to cope with grief, and how to support those currently processing a loss. As we explore library resources for learning more about grief we’ll also share community resources for those who need grief support. We’ll also explore how to have this difficult conversation with others in your life so that you can give the support your loved ones need and receive the support you may need.
When: Saturday, January 10 – 2-3pm
