What to Expect Alliance Theatre camps focus on the journey of learning, not just the final performance. Students build character, grow confidence, and nurture creativity through acting, storytelling, and more. Each week wraps up with a short performance for family and friends.

🎭 Aurora Theatre Academy Summer Camps | Lawrenceville | (Ages 5-19)

About the Camp Aurora Theatre Academy brings professional-quality theatre training to Gwinnett County kids and teens every summer. With camps ranging from story-driven performance camps for younger students to intensive film and musical theatre programs for teens, there is something for every young performer.

What to Expect Campers build real skills in acting, singing, dancing, filmmaking, and costume design through hands-on, production-based experiences. Many camps culminate in a live performance or film festival showcase. Camps run Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

1) Chess & Art Summer Camp    Activities include: outdoor play and games, indoor games, creative and engaging art activities, chess at your child’s level, park play, picnics, splash pad, and pizza party.

About the Camp Get ready for a summer of color, creativity, and fun! The Hudgens Center for Art and Learning has been home to one of Gwinnett County’s favorite summer art camps for years, and 2026 is going to be their best yet.

What to Expect Campers don’t just make art, they explore, experiment, and bring their ideas to life. From shaping clay into imaginative forms to layering textures in mixed media, and from bold sketches to colorful paintings, every day is hands-on and guided by instructors who foster curiosity, creativity, and fearless self-expression.
