Zoo Day 2023 @ Bear Hollow Zoo (Athens) FREE

“Join us for Zoo Day 2023: Athens Natives! Our event will run from 10am to 1pm and is free of charge! Check out work from local Athens artists, meet ambassador animals, and more!”
About Bear Hollow Zoo: Bear Hollow Zoo is home to a variety of non-releasable wildlife residents. These animals have encountered a challenge that they could not overcome, either physical or behavioral, and have been placed here to live out their lives serving as ambassadors for their species. They are here to educate our visitors about the wonderful wildlife with which we share space.
Location: Bear Hollow Zoo (Athens), 293 Gran Ellen Dr, Athens, Georgia
Bear Hollow Zoo is located within Memorial Park. ((I recommend packing a picnic lunch to eat in the Park after your zoo visit))
NOTE: Bear Hollow Zoo is located in Athen, GA about 40 miles East of downtown Lawrenceville (50+ minutes with NO traffic)
