Gwinnett Library Volunteer

Library volunteers are parents, college students, teens, retired professionals, church groups and scouts. (The minimum age to apply is 13)

Below are just some of the ways you can help out as a library volunteer. Opportunities may vary by branch.:

  • EARLY LITERACY/CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING
  • ESOL/BILINGUAL
  • GENERAL LIBRARY SKILLS
  • HOMEWORK HELP/TUTORING
  • LEARNING LABS
  • TECHNOLOGY
  • TEEN ADVISORY COUNCIL (TAC)
  • If you would like to share your talents with the library in some other way please choose the most relevant category on the form and tell us about it in the “Why do you want to volunteer at the library?” section. Otherwise, please contact ask.gwinnettpl.org.
